Return policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you, from now on, "the customer", notice a problem with the products or anything else in the order, please submit a problem report.
The return address is set when you have contacted our support via email or chat. It is important that you retain the shipping packaging. When we receive a returned shipment, you will be automatically notified by email. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Incorrect Address - If you "the customer" provide an address that the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you "the customer".

Unclaimed - Shipments that are not claimed are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to you "the customer".
If you have not registered an account at www.VOILÀimagestudio.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned order due to incorrect shipping address or failure to claim shipping will not be available for reshipment and will be used for other purposes (without a refund being issued).
Ruben Arturo Orduña Vázquez does not accept returns of sealed products, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned order containing face masks will not be available for reshipment and will be disposed of.

Returned by "the customer" - you "the customer" must contact us before returning any product. We do not refund Arturo Orduña or VOILÀ! image studio brand orders (including books) for buyer's remorse and product returns, face masks, as well as size exchanges of any brand marketed on www.VOILÀimagestudio.com. If you decide to make a size exchange or change any feature of the order, you would have to place a new order at your expense for a different product.

Notice to EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized;
2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
Therefore Ruben Arturo Orduña Vázquez reserves the right to reject returns at his sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Spanish language, regardless of any translation made for any purpose.
